2 bugs on the Web interface

Hi All,

I encoured this two differents but not urgent problems with the Web interface.

1rst problem:
When I create a new entry with a username containing a space charactere, it’s not possible to share IT.
Everyone is impacted but it’s not urgent we use workaround by adding a _ for replacing space and we specified this on the description.

2nd problem:
I add my Bitlocker recovery key to passbolt. This key is similar as XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX. When I clic to see the key, I didn’t see the last group of 6 numbers XXXXXX.
But when you copy the key, it’s the good one.
Everyone is impacted but it’s not urgent when you know.

Thanks for your report.

For the first issue you’re encountering I am not able to reproduce it with passbolt v2 RC2. What version are you using ?

Regarding your second issue, I added a bug on github and to our backlog.

Sorry for the delay to update my Passbolt version…

I confirm, since I migrate from 1.6.9 to 2.0.7 , for the problems I mentioned above:

1rst : it’s ok I can add space in username
2nd: it’s not OK

For the 2nd, I add a bitloker key 111111-222222-333333-444444-555555-666666-777777-888888 and when I check on the password field I can see only 111111-222222-333333-444444-555555-666666-777777- (see capture) but when I copied it it’s the good one 111111-222222-333333-444444-555555-666666-777777-888888.
