# Blank screen with truenas setup

hello i am using truenas to host my passbolt. but when i go to the web ui it is just a blank screen. both using the local ip address of the server, and my cloudflare tunnel. the link it gives me when i make the admin user also comes up blank. and i never receive an email containing the same link as well please help.

Hi @aggraith,  
Are you following specific documentation or a blog post?  
Not getting an email sounds potentially like a separate issue with your SMTP settings.  
If you’re able to give more information with logs that would be very helpful.
