Is there a way to change the text on the Azure SSO button? It would be nice to change “Sign in with Microsoft” to something custom. Other integrat8oins offers that (e.g. Gitlab).

Actually no, there is no way at the moment to change the text of that button.
However, if you need such a feature, I would recommend to create a feature request in the forum. Such that we can discuss about it and even do a vote

Actually, Microsoft has specific guidelines about the aspect of such buttons, we followed them that’s why it’s the way it is as of now.
With Gitlab we configured the Button like that:
Could be also “Login with Shift”. We aim to have it simmilar everywhere, but the tools implement it differently 
Shift is our company name.
Would love to get rid of the MS Logo. Do not know if this is possible.
