# Dont get an Email Notification on Password delete

I have the Issue that i dont get an Email Notification when i delete a password over the ui.  
But for every other type of event, like editing a password, the notifications work as usual.  
I also cheked my Notification Settings but notifications on delete is turned on there

Hi @LeiCraft ,

the email notification on password deletion will inform all the users who had access to the password - but not the user performing the deletion. This should explain why you did not receive an email notification.

Looks like a bad design choice to me.  
It doesn’t make sense that I receive a notification when creating a password but not when deleting one.
