# Error 500 on recover

Hello everybody,  
I just finished installing Passbolt and I yet can’t login (see [New installation - how do I login?](https://community.passbolt.com/t/new-installation-how-do-i-login/850)). I tried to perform a recovery on the admin address I inserted at installation time on the server for the gpg key and so on. This is what I get

I checked the server logs (apache error and access) in the meantime, this is all I get

What’s happening? O\_\_\_o

Hello @mzanetti,

Can you check the content of the passbolt logs.  
The logs are located in your passbolt directory, here `./logs/error.log`
