Can you give us some more information on your hosting and the actions you’ve taken please?

The error is strange for a new install.

“The resource metadata provided cannot be decrypted.”
Error Field: body.metadata.isValidEncryptedResourceMetadata

Did you rotate the metadata key? Are you seeing any other errors?

I would suggest creating and sharing the redacted issues identified in a status report (make sure to source /etc/environment if you’re on docker)
