# File Permissions v2.10.0 manual install

I need simple help.

Can someone please post the needed file permissions for a manual install? (After an hour of looking, this information seems to be hard to find.)

I know the bin folder and items.  
I know the tmp folder and items.

EDIT: The reason I ask is because although there are no errors, the ./bin/cake command line is not working at all…Healthcheck is not working on cli or the URL version. ??

EDIT 2:  
Healthcheck CLI hangs here:  
`root@ubuntuserver:/var/www/html/passbolt# su -s /bin/bash -c "./bin/cake passbolt healthcheck" www-data`

Maybe getting somewhere…it started today to respond. Here are the errors:  
Core config

```
 [PASS] Debug mode is off.
 [PASS] Cache is working.
 [PASS] Unique value set for security.salt
 [PASS] Full base url is set to https://passbolt.emerge.org
 [PASS] App.fullBaseUrl validation OK.
 [FAIL] Could not reach the /healthcheck/status with the url specified in App.fullBaseUrl
  [HELP] Check that the domain name is correct in config/passbolt.php
  [HELP] Check the network settings

 SSL Certificate

 [FAIL] SSL peer certificate does not validate
 [FAIL] Hostname does not match when validating certificates.
 [WARN] Using a self-signed certificate
 [HELP] cURL Error (28) Connection timed out after 30001 milliseconds

```

The domain is correct.

EDIT: It’s fixed - there was no internal resolution to the domain.
