FreeIPA and passbolt ldap bind issue(s)

Hi,

we are having trouble hooking passbolt to Freeipa (redhat/centos 7) using bind account to connect to FreeIPA. Pending successful bind with a service account to IPA we expect to setup mappings, etc…

Is there more information available on the matter? How can passbolt be integrated with FreeIPA in any way?

Hello @krelac,

There is a fix coming up next release, scheduled for tomorrow, v2.8.4, to fix support for freeIPA.

@kevin worked on this, he just told me the bind should work even with current version. The issue was with listing attributes. Can you contact us on support@passbolt.com @krelac if you cannot bind, we can look into it.
