# Install in EC2 & RDS

Hi @poorni We’re working this out with [another user](https://community.passbolt.com/t/there-was-a-problem-connecting-to-the-database/3443/4) as well. It may be the case that RDS does not like the port configuration when using the URL. Can you try to use the local IP or public IP of the RDS server instead of the URL?
