# Integrate Passbolt with keyboard's suggestion API

**Q1. What is the problem that you are trying to solve?**
Implementing native Android API integration will enable Passbolt to suggest passwords directly within the keyboard interface, simplifying and accelerating the password entry process and it’s much better than current Autofill workflow.
**Q2 - Who is impacted?**
This feature will particularly benefit mobile users, offering them a more seamless and efficient experience when accessing secured accounts on their Android devices.
**Q3 - Why is it important and/or urgent?**
Integrating with Android’s native autofill improves user experience and aligns with modern standards for mobile applications.
**Q4 - What is your proposed solution? (optional)**
Propose integrating Passbolt with Android’s “Integrate autofill with IMEs and autofill services” API (official documentation: [Android Developers Guide](https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/text/ime-autofill)). This will enable Passbolt to suggest passwords directly in the keyboard area for a smoother user experience. It involves Passbolt working with the Android autofill framework to automatically detect password fields and offer the correct password suggestions from the user’s vault, streamlining the login process on Android devices.

This is much needed! The current autofill does not always trigger and even if it does it sometimes fails to fill in the info.

Would really love this feature.
