I find Passbolt perfect, my question is: is it possible install Passbolt on my PC?
And, most important, does il make sense? Consider that (obviously) my pc isn’t exposed on Internet.

Yes it is possible to install passbolt locally on your computer. You will however still require a webserver for this. You can use docker or a virtual machine.
