Hello.
My Passbolt server is not accessible from internet, and SMTP AUTH is enable .
This same count is used with GLPI server, and Zabbix server, and all works.

Hi All,

The probleem looks to be somewhere in Microsoft 365, i tried 2 difrent tenants. And than i make a random hotmail.com adres en tried to use that and that worked directly whit the first test i did. Don’t no excaly what the problem is. It is probably somthing with 2FA and AppPasswords in SMTP auth.

For now i will use the random mailadres and whitelist it in EAC.

Hello everyone.
I finally solved the problem:
I had to set up the connector in admin.exchange.microsoft.com and add a DNS record in TXT format including my IP address, like : v=spf1 ip4:xx.xx.xx.xx include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all
Mail notifications work with these settings:
Email provider = Other
Authentication method = null
SMTP host =mydomaine-fr.mail.protection.outlook.com
Use TLS = Yes
Port = 25
Sender name = Passbolt
Sender e-mail = passbolt@mydomaine.fr
