Over 2000 passwords don't load

We use docker, which works fine until we get over 2000 passwords. Once we get over 2000, “All Items” do not load and we can only see passwords in small groups. We need some help!

Can you give more information:

  • provide relevant information about your server (operating system, server specs, passbolt version, etc.)
  • provide any relevant log in the browser console
  • provide any relevant logs from the passbolt log folder.

We have tested passbolt to work (albeit slowly) with more than 4000 passwords, so there might be another issue.
