[PB-28543] As a user I can create resources with encrypted file attachement

Hey there, with the release of version 5 scheduled for this year, significant groundwork will be laid to support additional content types. In the first release, we aim to introduce the highly requested key/value content type, with file support to follow in the months after.

I have registered primarily to support this feature  , it will drastically reduce mess with separate server for files, backup and etc. And so far, I only miss this feature comparing to other solutions.

Is there any update on the progess of this feature? We would also really appreciate this

Is there any progress in this feature?
I’m waiting one year to go live with Passbolt in our company and waiting only for this - files attachments. Any estimate will help. Thanks

Would be nice to see some progress….

Hi. Any news about the implementation of the feature of file uploading?

Please, can you just slightly adjust the date, when you expect the begining of work on this feature?
It is more than a year from your last answer - will be fine to have any more actual info. Thanks!

Hello again,

I’m reaching out to ask if there are any updates on this feature request, which has been pending for quite some time.

I’ve been a user of the product for approximately two years, and this is the only significant feature I still find missing. While I fully agree that security should be prioritized over new features, the lack of progress makes it feel as though this request may no longer be actively considered.

Because of this, I installed an alternative password manager a few months ago that already supports this functionality, and I’ve slowly started transitioning to it.

I would appreciate an update on whether this feature is still planned or on the roadmap, as it would strongly influence my decision to continue using your product.

Hello, yes it’s on the roadmap for this year. Bear with us, we’re still not as large of a team as the other players, but we’re getting there.
