I am using Passbolt on premise installation.
The browser extension behaves strange it works sometimes. As in, it populates the username and allows me to click in the username field. If I refresh the page again or try again in 10min, I click the number icon where it shows the number of usernames, it does not do anything, it does not populate anything in the username field.

I have been able to reproduce your issues on Chrome with latest API. Just to confirm, are you also using Google Chrome? Also, which API version are you using? You can hover the little heart on bottom-right in the interface

I am having this issue on Chrome, Firefox and Brave. I have not tried other browsers.
