Q1. What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
When you create a new entry with the “Create Password” dialogue, you need to open the newly created password to assign tags to it.

Anyone creating passwords manually.
Q3 - Why is it important and/or urgent?
This, propably quick improvement, would benefit the user experience during the creation of passwords.

Add a tag field to the “Create Password” dialogue as shown in the mockup below:
