Q1. What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
The quickaccess only handles the default password resource type. To consume a resource of another type, for example a secure note, or an custom field the main web application has to be opened. These resource types are also not available in offline mode, which relies on the quickaccess.

Any user who relies on the quickaccess rather than the main web application to retrieve secrets.

The quickaccess is the fastest path to a secret, and for many users the main one. Every resource type that is missing from it forces a context switch to the main web application, and keeps that type out of offline reach entirely.
Q4 - What is your proposed solution? (optional)
Support every resource type in the quickaccess for viewing . Resources of these types then become available in offline mode along with passwords.
