Allow a user to add additional attributes/field pairs to the encrypted db

As a user it would be great to be able to add additional fields into what is encrypted for that particular user/pass, like keepassxc and other apps do, so we can add bespoke fields to the db.

Keepass calls them ‘attributes’.
