As a browser extension user I want to have clear access to classified suggestions

Q1. What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
When using the browser extension to find credentials suitable for the current page, I often have my own credential with the one of my company mixed up. Most of the case, I’d like to use my own credentials to authenticate and not the ones from the company (e.g. admin user, test accounts, …)

Q2 - Who is impacted?
Any user who has multiple credentials to a single site, some of which are shared.

Q3 - Why is it important and/or urgent?
It is not urgent. It is important because this is the main use case of passbolt and adding convenience in this would greatly improve user experience.

Q4 - What is your proposed solution? (optional)
In the “suggested” section of the browser extension, classify suggestion credentials and order the categories. For classification and ordering, I suggest:

  1. Personal credential (owner and not shared)
  2. Credentials I share (owner and shared)
  3. Credentials shared with me (not owner and shared)

Also, checkboxes at the top of the suggestion view could allow for showing/masking their relative category.

Q5. Community support
People can vote for this idea to show traction:
I don’t have the right to create polls, here is the code if anyone can edit:

  • :ok_woman: Must have: this is critical for me to have this
  • :raising_hand_woman: Should have: this is important for me to have this
  • :tipping_hand_woman: Could have: this could be nice to have
  • :no_good_woman: Won’t have: we should not schedule this (explain why)
