As a user I can add new Certificate and private Key resource type, so that I can save all my user certificate with their private key in a safe centralized place

Q1. What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
There’s no specific resource type for certificates and their private keys I can use to store this other way I use to login to my system.

Q2 - Who is impacted?
Whoever use certificate to login to a *nix box or a wifi.

Q3 - Why is it important and/or urgent?
It’s strategic because loosing a certificate or its private key can bring to permanent access loose.

Q4 - What is your proposed solution? (optional)
Add a new option in the Create menu with advanced options to set the expiration date and key type:

  • user stories. Examples: as a logged in user I create and store in Passbolt certificates and their private keys so later I can retrieve and download them as crt/pem files and add them to putty/windows certificate store whenever needed.
  • test scenario in the “given, when, then” format
  • additional functional / non functional requirements.
  • screenshots/wireframes

Q5. Community support
People can vote for this idea to show traction:

  • :ok_woman: Must have: this is critical for me to have this
  • :raising_hand_woman: Should have: this is important for me to have this
  • :tipping_hand_woman: Could have: this could be nice to have
  • :no_good_woman: Won’t have: we should not schedule this (explain why)
