As a user I can authenticate using FIDO2 key

Q1. What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
Some organizations requires users to use multiple factor authentication to log in in systems with restricted level of information. Yubikey OTP implemented use an external service to work, which work only with Yubikeys. It will be useful to have a compliant FIDO2 local authentication that work with all security keys.

Q2 - Who is impacted?
Everybody.

Q3 - Why is it important and/or urgent?
Security will be improved. It is considered a good practice and therefore passbolt should support it.

Q4 - What is your proposed solution? (optional)
