As a user Ican change the font, so that I can differentiate similar letters when looking at the passwords in cleartext

Q1 - What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
If I have to look at a password in cleartext, it’s difficult to know if a letter is an “l” (lowercase L) or “I” (uppercase i) or an “O” or “0” for example.
The issue is a thing if I have to type type a password manually, compare passwords etc.

Q2 - Who is impacted?
Everyone who wants to read a password in cleartext.

Q3 - Why is it important and/or urgent?
It’s not really urgent. It’s just a bit annoying and slows down our workflows.

Q4 - What is your proposed solution? (optional)
If I could change the font to one with serifs, it should fix the problem.
(The option to pick a different font could also maybe make passbolt more accessible for people with dyslexia or other visual/reading impairments)

Q5. Community support
People can vote for this idea to show traction:

  • :ok_woman: Must have: this is critical for me to have this
  • :raising_hand_woman: Should have: this is important for me to have this
  • :tipping_hand_woman: Could have: this could be nice to have
  • :no_good_woman: Won’t have: we should not schedule this (explain why)

It’s coming, most likely at the next release 4.1.0

I was thinking a font like Cascadia Mono, but Max’ example is even better
We’ll just wait for the next release - it’ll have the feature we were looking for
