Q1. What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
As a Company we want to enforce a specific Folder Structure that our Regular Users have to follow. To that end we would need a Permission-Type which allows a User to Create and Update Passwords in a Folder but not allow the User to Update the Folder Itself (only Read).

This is to Prevent Users from Constantly Renaming Folders that they should be only Creating / Updating Passwords in.

Introduce a new permissions (writable folder that cannot be renamed).
