I followed all the update instructions from this article to update to v3.0 but when I tried to run the following command I get a No such file or directory.
$ sudo -H -u www-data bash -c "/usr/share/php/passbolt/bin/cake cache clear_all"
This is running on a DigitalOcean droplet. all the other commands worked perfectly.
