Does every deployment target/environment need a user account?

Hi,

we currently evaluate solutions to store credentials and pub keys used at our company by users but also by servers and services.

Does passbold provide a easy way to assign credentials to a server/scope, for example by creating API keys with limited access to a folder, or does each endpoint/service/server need a full paid user account for separation?

Hello,

Currently it’s not possible, you will need a user account for this. We’re planning to introduce service accounts at some points, with limited scope to specific resources, etc. most likely not coming short/mid term.
