We wanted to let you know that in about 10 days, on Saturday 30th at 9am CEST, there will be a scheduled maintenance window of approximately 1 hour, with a possible downtime of about 5 minutes.
We will be using this time to perform some important change configurations on the cloud infrastructure to improve reliability and security. To ensure uptime and stability we are scheduling this maintenance window during the weekend to ensure a smooth transition. During this maintenance window Passbolt Cloud may be inaccessible and email delivery paused. All operations will resume immediately after the maintenance is completed.
To ensure your credentials remain accessible, we invite you to inform your users and let them know that they can use the built-in KDBX export feature to create a secure backup available, in case of emergency.
