We just setup the CE edition and everything is working great but when installed the Desktop app on Windows, Duo MFA doesn’t proceed further and just stuck on “Sign-in With Duo” message.
Due is working fine in browser, Mobile apps but not working or moving further in Windows.

We are aware of this issues as we already have an internal ticket to handle this (ref. PB-33795) .
In the meantime, TOTP and YubiKey are working with the Windows Application, what I would suggest is to add another MFA on top of DUO e.g. TOTP. That way, you will be able to choose another MFA with the Windows Application and keep DUO for the browser extension.
we need DUO security to work. is there any update on this fix?
The problem with the DUO still exists.
Do you have any prediction as to whether and when it will be resolved?
