Email from Passbolt Cloud

Good morning,
after selecting our personalized url in the welcome email, (cloud.passbolt.com/…) I’m waiting for the email for accessing my account.
From my phone I don’t have any problem but on my pc after the reinstalling I need to reactivate the login.
