Error On First Time Setup. Error occured after I click NEXT in Create your user account! page

Please find below my system information:

– Server operating system name and version: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

– Web server name and version: nginx version: nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu)

– Database server name and version: mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.1.43-MariaDB, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.2

– Php version: PHP 7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 (cli) (built: Oct 28 2019 12:07:07) ( NTS )

– Passbolt version: CE

Do you see any error report in your passbolt directory under logs/error.log?
Can you run the healthcheck command:

sudo su -s /bin/bash -c "./bin/cake passbolt healthcheck" www-data

Please find the error.log from the following google drive link.

(I cannot post here the error.log due the error “New Users cannot post more than 2 links”)

Also please see the result of the healthcheck command below:

sudo su -s /bin/bash -c “./bin/cake passbolt healthcheck” www-data
bash: ./bin/cake: No such file or directory

I am not getting respnse for my issue. Please anybody here can help me

Hi @mkmuneer242,

Could it be your database name has some special characters?

Maybe the db user does not have full rights on the db?
