I have a problem with the registration of a user, as it seems, I have other users without problems during registration except with this one, after trying different browsers, recovering the account, deleting it and creating it again I always have the same error:

We have seen the exact same issue when people set a security token with 2 characters instead of 3 during the registration process.
Could you tell me if the user is also using a 2 characters security token ?
