Is there any documentation, FAQ, illustrations, diagrams or any other information which clearly outlines the sharing security relationship between Password entries, Groups/Users, and Folders?
We are having a difficult time organizing policies and process for folders due to (what appears to be) inconsistent changes to password sharing security for items created, moved, re-shared, edited in Folders.
We are not sure why FOLDERS and GROUP SECURITY have been mashed together into a complex myriad of actions and re-actions to password create, edit and move events. Folder should be purely organizational with security options only at the ORGANIZATIONAL level of each folder (view, add, remove). GROUPS and USERS should control password entry access.
There also should be a warning, toast or some other clear visual indications that password entry sharing will be changed when moving into a folder, or to another folder.
Not sure where to post this in the Forum. Maybe there should be a Forum category for documentation/FAQ or similar?
