Help Connecting to Subdomain

I have created a pw manager using Docker and Ubuntu, I have confirmed my scripting is working, but I cannot access it using the APP_Base_URL. I created my own subdomain ex. (pwmanager.mydomain.com)

What am I missing on either the DNS end or the scripting to connected to that? I changed the ports to 8080 and 4433. Do I have to designate that on the DNS or in the url?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a few questions to better understand the problem:

which browser extension are you using ? are you running any other containers on this server?
What do you see? Are any error messages displayed?
