Man, i did this today, and i can say, its a very, a veeeeeery easy and no stress. You just need the dump of you server, the private and secret keys located in etc/passbolt/gpg and you passbolt configuration (passbolt.php).
Just move the files for the right folders, change url, if necessary and voylaaaaaa, success!!
