My version is passbolt-ce-server-4.8.0-2.noarch. I accessed it using an IP address during installation and did not enable HTTPS or Let’s Encrypt certificates. How can I switch to domain name access?

You’ll want to follow one of these guides. They are for switching from http to https but it is the same process for switching from an IP address to a domain name.

Thank you very much! Forgive me for being a beginner, I don’t use https, I use http domain names, do I need to configure SSL/TLS and Let’s encrypt? I don’t know anything about certificates.
Nope, you could follow that guide but just select “none” on the question for SSL/TLS, update the domain name, and then make sure /etc/passbolt/passbolt.php has the new domain name, then reload nginx.
Just be sure to read the warning at the top of the guide and make sure you and your users are prepared
