I lost my master password

The first time I used passbolt, it was installed by my colleague. Now he has resigned.
I have been unable to receive emails since I reinstalled the system. I think there is a problem with the configuration on the server. How do I modify my email configuration? I currently cannot enter the passbolt web interface.

What password is this? What if I lose it? Can I find the password by looking in the local database?

I lost my master password. How do I recover it? My master password seems to be in passbolt as well. I have a PGP message.
