My users are not allowed to install the browser extension but admin is allowed to install. So can admin create and share the private keys to the users and then user without the app can they decrypt the password when its shared via email.

@poorni In the organizational scenario you describe, yes this could be done, though I’m not sure it’s recommended as it’s a very manual way of doing things, and defeats the security provided by private keys created by the users themselves.
One risk is how the users are handling their shared passwords that are potentially left in an decrypted state somewhere on their machine or in another app or email message.
