Metadata private key not found after Upgrading to Passbolt 5.6.1

I updated my Passbolt (CE) to v5.6.1 and after enabling Zero-knowledge mode and Rotate key, I run a Healthcheck and it showing the following error:

[FAIL] No server metadata private key found.
[FAIL] No active metadata key found.

This problem only started after the update and enabling Zero-knowledge mode.

Any help or guidance on how to fix this would be really appreciated.
