My passbolt always resets the login Page when I try to login

We are currently using Passbolt as a Password-Manager. Now I always get back to the login Page when I am trying to Login. I have that Problem only in Firefox (Version 131.0.3 (64-Bit)). For example Edge works fine.

It appears that in some cases there is an issue with Firefox’s cookie management mechanism whenever a new version of the extension is released.

We are currently unable to reproduce this bug, but we are gathering information that could help us implement a fix.

  1. Could you let us know if the problem persists after manually navigating to https://YOU_INSTANCE_DOMAIN/logout ?

  2. Could you let us know if you are running any other extension along Passbolt.

Visiting https://YOU_INSTANCE_DOMAIN/logout didn’t help.

I am running a few other Extensions. These are Privacy Badger, Dark Reader, Decentraleyes, Simple Tab Groups and cliget.

I had the same problem with Brave, but It worked with Chrome. Then I signup for a second passbold instance and started having the same issue in Chrome.

https://YOU_INSTANCE_DOMAIN/logout worked for me.

And it’s also working in Brave.

When the error happens I’m redirected to:

https://YOU_INSTANCE_DOMAIN/auth/login?redirect=%2Fapp%2Fpasswords&locale=en-UK

With this message:

Check your spam folder if you do not hear from us after a while.

And I receive an email with this text:
