My passbolt always resets the login Page when I try to login

It appears that in some cases there is an issue with Firefox’s cookie management mechanism whenever a new version of the extension is released.

We are currently unable to reproduce this bug, but we are gathering information that could help us implement a fix.

  1. Could you let us know if the problem persists after manually navigating to https://YOU_INSTANCE_DOMAIN/logout ?

  2. Could you let us know if you are running any other extension along Passbolt.
