New user don't receive activation email

Hi,

One of the new employee don’t receive the activation email for his account.
I’ve already tried to delete and create again his account but he doesn’t receive this email.

What can we do to fix this ?

which version of Passbolt are you using?
Are generally all emails not sent, or only when creating a new user?

We are using the OnPremise version of Passbolt so the latest I think.
We receive every email except this user activation email.

If it’s just one user it could be that the user email is on a suppression list somewhere else?

@Xavier, one silly question, inside
Administration > Email notifications
Does the invite email is enabled?

You can also try to go in the user list right click on the user and resend invitation link

The notifications are enabled.
I already tried to resend the invitation link.
And I already tried to delete the user and create it back again but nothing happens.

Another thought, maybe can you try to clear passbolt cache ?

su - www-data -s /bin/bash -c "/usr/share/php/passbolt/bin/cake cache clear_all "

Caution: www-data works only with Debian/Ubuntu, replace www-data with nginx if you are using any rpm based distro like centos or rocky.

If it still doesn’t work, can you send us output of these commands:

su - www-data -s /bin/bash -c "/usr/share/php/passbolt/bin/cake passbolt healthcheck"
su - www-data -s /bin/bash -c "/usr/share/php/passbolt/bin/cake passbolt datacheck --hide-success-details"
