New User Sign Up Issues After Plugin Update

Hi we are running Passbolt v4.11.0 but the client has updated to v5.0.0

After adding a new user they are unable to sign in with an error stating the passphrase is wrong. We have been through the setup together and triple checked the passphrase is correct.

Could this be caused by the mismatch between client and server?
