No passphrase to log in. I am looking to delete a cloud account

I created a Cloud account for my company (we are 3). While trying to configure Passbolt to force users to use dual authentication (which is still not possible!), I had to briefly activate the use of a mandatory passphrase, to tell the truth I don’t know what I really did.

Anyway, the 2 people including me who are administrators can’t log in anymore because of this required passphrase and the 3rd person has been fired but still has access…

I lack a solution to delete the account which has just finished its trial by the way.
