Ongoing Issue with Passbolt 4.6 Release for RHEL, Rocky Linux, and Fedora

Hello everyone,

I wanted to inform you all about an ongoing issue we are currently experiencing. For those of you using RHEL, RockyLinux, and Fedora distributions, we regret to inform you that we are stuck at version 4.5.2 at the moment.

Our team is working diligently to resolve the bug that is preventing the successful publication of Passbolt 4.6 for these distributions. We understand the importance of keeping your systems up-to-date and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this issue.

We will keep you all posted on any progress or updates regarding this matter. Once the bug is fixed, we will make an announcement and provide instructions for updating to Passbolt 4.6.

Good news: the issue blocking Passbolt 4.6 for RHEL, Rocky Linux, and Fedora has been fixed. You might run into a snag where the package doesn’t seem available due to the package manager’s 24h cache.

To bypass this, clear the cache with:

sudo dnf clean all

Then, try updating again.
