OpenLDAP Sync - Stuck User/Group Removal - "Suspended" Message

Hello Community,

I synchronize our users and groups with OpenLDAP. I expect that removing a user from a group in OpenLDAP will automatically remove them from the corresponding group in Passbolt.
However, I’m receiving the following message:

“user was not removed from the group because they were or are being suspended.”

This user is not suspended, and has never been to my knowledge, and continues to use Passbolt. Is there a way to force the automatic removal of this user from the group?

At “Users Directory”, under “Synchronization options” there’s a “Delete or suspend users” - is it by chance set to “Suspend users”?

I will try the other option tomorrow. However, my user was only removed from that one group and is still a member of other groups.
