Recently, the permanent links to passwords aren’t working anymore. When I click a Passbolt link, a new tab opens and the site finishes loading, but I only get a background without any sidebar, password, logo, etc. It’s just a blank page.
I’ve tried several things to rule out the actual link being the problem:
If I copy a password link (to a password I own) and immediately paste to search it, I get a blank page.
If I open the details to a password and simply refresh the page without doing anything to the URL, the same blank page appears.
Does anyone have a similar problem or any idea what the problem might be?
4.2.0 is quite an old version now, could you please update to the current 4.10.1 API version in order to exclude that this redirection/permalink error has been fixed in the meantime?
Are you the administrator of your Passbolt instance or are your a user? If you are the administrator, could you please tell me how do you host your passbolt instance so I can redirect you to the appropriate documentation.
I have the role of an administrator, but I only manage the things within Passbolt itself. Someone else manages the hosting.
I’ll contact them for an API update for now and get back to this issue, when I have a reply.
