Questions about the self-hosted community tier

I, as I suppose many, found about Passbolt when I heard the news about the changes on the free account of lastpass, my current password manager.

I see in your feature comparison chart that a future desktop and mobile integration would be under the pro level. Do you plan to release those features under a paid tier?

Hi @mundodisco8,

Currently the plan is that the desktop and mobile application will be free for everyone. The functionalities may be different if you are using passbolt pro or community edition (or cloud) as a backend (think: ldap authentication, escrow, etc.), but the client will be available for everyone for free.

We’re currently working hard on the mobile app. We had some setbacks as some of our collaborators were poached, but we’ll get there, most likely Q2 2021.
