Saving strong password too slow

Hi, i have a problem with my passbolt server 100% offline.

When i create a new password, if i type a “Strong password” it take almost 30 seconds to be saved.
If i type a “low security password” like “test123”, everything is ok.

My VM have 2 sockets, 2Gb of RAM, 60Go HDD.
Everything in “Passbolt API Status” is good ( except the ssl certificate ).

PS : No error message, nothing in “top”, my cpu/ram usage stay at 0% (almost)
