SELinux Configuration for RockyLinux

We are struggling with a migration from centos.
We have set everything up and it seems that there is an issue with selinux.
We are getting the error “Could not load configuration file: /etc/passbolt/passbolt.php.”
When set selinux to permissive everything works as expected.

We have read and implemented the solutions here: https://community.passbolt.com/t/what-is-the-list-of-selinux-settings-passbolt-needs/143/4 but with no results.
We have passbolt connecting to a remote database.
If anyone could give detailed instructions of selinux permissions for such a setup it would be greatly appreciated.

In case anyone bumps into this, the problem here has to do with the folders that passbolt is installed in. For RockyLinux one needs to set required permissions in the /etc/passbolt folder.
Troubleshooting selinux will reveal all required permissions.
