Q1. What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
Imagine you host many passwords in passbolt. All Passwords are sorted into a folders by categories “IoT Devices/[logger | controller | router | …]”. Now you have also have a different category like country and you want to organize access to passwords (share them) with the country admins but retain the folder structure. Of course you could recreate the folder structure for every country and sort the passwords into the folders, but this is cumbersome.

I think everybody would benefit from a solution to this
Q3 - Why is it important and/or urgent?
To be honest, I don’t know if this is urgent. This is a feature I am missing. I think it is straight forward and naturally and easy to impement.
Q4 - What is your proposed solution? (optional)
As a user I want to share a subset of password resources in different multiple different folder with another user/group, so that I can retain a “global” resource structure (folder wise) but share the passwords with the appropriate persons.

Additional functional / non functional requirements:
- Passwords shared via tags maybe also should reveal the folder structure, so that user / groups with whom the resource is shared can add passwords to these folders. The added passwords should receive the tag automatically. But this is more of a bonus.
