It’s really hard to understand what is happening without having any context, after you removed any sensitive infos, can you share a screenshot of Administration > Email Server ? Also, can you tell us if it was working before etc…

Also, it looks like you are trying to reach office365, have you a paid subscription or is it outlook? Have you took a look at our dedicated guide and set an app password?
